Piotr Wiśniewski

Dr. Piotr Wiśniewski has over 10 years of experience in the field of company management including management of big manufacturing entities, and more than 6 years of experience in international automotive companies (Europe, China, India, Brazil, NAFTA countries). Prior to that, Dr. Piotr Wiśniewski had been working as an external consultant and tax advisor for 5 years.

Main competences

Main competences of Piotr include financial management and taxes optimization. He is experienced in M&A processes as well as IPO. During the last couple of years, he conducted activities aiming at the development global companies operating on the automotive market. Piotr is currently responsible for companies’ development and team management.

Education

Piotr is a graduate of Harvard Business School in General Management Program.

He earned the title of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economic Sciences at Poznan University of Economics, faculty: Management Science.

Piotr graduated from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń with a Master’s degree in Financial Management (faculty: Economics and Management Sciences, specialization: Financial Management).

Projects

Piotr managed a number of projects of acquisitions and reorganizations in many companies on different levels of development. The most important of his projects, while holding the position of CEO, was tier-1 supplier takeover from the four independent insolvent plants, and the company’s reorganization to the level of global supplier, which within the next few years managed to win a number of awards from global OEMs.

Managed Employee more than 200 nos. Main customers for Maflow in India was VW India, VW South Africa, Renault Nissan, Skoda India. Addition to this deal with many other customers Like JLR, GM India, Tata Motors, Ford India, Fiat India, BMW, Daimler as part of Business strategy for Maflow in India

Lean Manufacturing concept pored down the line from top to blue collar from day one of start-up of manufacturing plant in India which resulted in a great launch of the production facility in India, more important the customer/stakeholder satisfaction.

Created a strong QMS system to achieve Fastest A – Rating in VDA 6.3 from very demanding customer , Volkswagen India
